My Journey: How TM By Tamara Began 💅✨

Every great brand begins with a story — a spark, a moment of inspiration, a “what if.”
For me, that moment was born from a love of fashion, a passion for beauty, and a belief that quality should never be compromised.

I’m Tamara Morton, the founder of TM By Tamara — a luxury Australian-made cosmetic label built on elegance, innovation, and integrity. Before starting this journey, I worked across business, design, and sales — both B2B and direct-to-consumer — and I saw first hand how beauty and fashion could inspire confidence and connection. But I also saw how often that beauty came at a cost — with products that looked good on the outside but were filled with toxic ingredients that didn’t align with the standards I believed in.

That’s when I decided to create something different. 💖

What started as a simple vision — to offer refined, high-quality beauty products that blend style with substance — evolved into a mission. I wanted to craft something that not only made people look and feel stunning but also supported their wellbeing and aligned with their values.

My philosophy has always been simple:

When developing our first collection, I was shocked to learn how many traditional nail polishes contain harmful, toxic ingredients. So, instead of accepting “that’s just how it is,” I started researching.

Years of testing, refining, and collaborating with experts led to the creation of something truly special — a 21-free, breathable nail polish, made with 75% naturally derived ingredients from sources like sugarcane, cassava, cotton, and corn.

The result? A silky-smooth, quality polish that’s as kind to your nails as it is to the planet.
